Dr. Liu Jiren Listed into CCTV’s Top Ten “China 2009 Economic Person of the Year”

Shenyang, China , December 23, 2009/ The award ceremony of top ten “China 2009 Economic Person of the Year” was held by CCTV in Beijing, China. Dr. Liu Jiren, Chairman & CEO of Neusoft Corporation (“Neusoft”, 600718.SH), the largest IT solutions & services provider in China, was selected out of the 18 candidates into top ten “China 2009 Economic Person of the Year”.

Having been held for ten consecutive years, this annual selection is recognized as the “vane” of China’s economic and social development. Focusing on the theme of “Finding Leaders in Changing Times”, this year’s selection criteria emphasized creativity, motivation, vision and responsibility.

In the context of the global financial crisis, Neusoft made an aggressive development strategy in both domestic and overseas markets for sustainable growth, demonstrating its good anti-risk ability, competitiveness and development potential. In the year of 2009, under the leadership of Dr. Liu Jiren, Neusoft continued to hasten its steps in the global market expansion, and in addition to consolidating and enhancing its predominance in the Japanese market, Neusoft also successfully purchased three subsidiaries of Sesca Group Ltd., the leading Finnish software company, which has accelerated its business layout in both Europe and America.
