Chairman & CEO
Dr. Liu, male, born in 1955, one of the founders of Neusoft, now serves as Chairman & CEO of Neusoft Corporation, Chairman of Liaoning General Chamber Of Entrepreneurs, and Standing Director of Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE). Dr. Liu once acted as a member of Global Agenda Council on Emerging Multinationals at World Economic Forum, a member of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) and other positions. He used to be Vice-President of the Northeastern University (NEU), Vice-Chairman of China Software Industry Association (CSIA), and a member of the eighth, ninth, and tenth CPPCC National Committee.
In 1982, Dr. Liu obtained the master’s degree. In 1984, he began to study for a doctorate in Northeastern University. From 1986 to 1987, he was doing a research on his doctoral thesis at the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). After that, Dr. Liu returned to China where he received his doctorate degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, thus becoming the first person in China to receive a doctorate degree in computer applications. In 1991, Dr. Liu established Neusoft.
Dr. Liu presided over many key research projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National “863” Program, the Torch Plan, and multiple major subjects of the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the former Ministry of Metallurgy, with many scientific research achievements made in computer networks, multimedia technology and software engineering. Dr. Liu has been awarded the titles of the “Chinese Doctor with Outstanding Contribution”, the “Cross-century Excellent Talent”, and “Young and Middle-aged Science and Technology Workers with Outstanding Contribution”. He has also been awarded numerous honors, including China Best Business Leaders of 2007, Asia Innovator at the 6th CNBC Asia Business Leaders Awards China 2008, CCTV China Economic Person of the Year 2009, Country Winner of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010, Meritorious Person in China Software Industry in Past Ten Years, 2012 Fortune 50 Business Leader with Most Influence in China, Top 100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in past 40 years of reform and opening up, and Social Contribution Winner of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2019.
Vice Chairman & President
Mr. Wang, born in 1970, serves as Vice Chairman and President of Neusoft. He joined Neusoft in May 1992 and served as Vice General Manager from December 1997 to August 1999, and has been President of Neusoft since August 1999 and Director of the Company since October 1999.
Mr. Wang received his master’s degree in artificial intelligence of computer applications from Jilin University, China.
Mr. Wang has been awarded numerous honors, including “Outstanding Youth of China’s Software Industry”, and “Leaders of China’s Software and Information Service Industry in China 2009-2010”.
Senior Vice President & COO
Mr. Chen, born in 1969, has been serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2009 and Director of Neusoft since 2012. After joining the company in 1999, he successively served as Manager of Intelligent Device Development Department, General Manager of Embedded Software Division.
Mr. Chen received his doctorate degree in automatic control from Tsinghua University, China. Mr. Chen has been awarded numerous honors, including “Outstanding Youth of China’s Software Industry”, “Leader of China’s Information Industry of the Year 2015”, and “Leader of China’s Software Industry of the Year 2016”.
Senior Vice President, CTO & CKO
Ms. Zhang, born in 1965, is Senior Vice President, CTO & CKO of Neusoft. She joined Neusoft in 1993 and successively served as Director of Database Department, Director of Software Product Division, Director of Software Center, General Manager of Middleware Technology Branch and other positions. She served as CTO & CKO from November 2004 to 2008. Since 2008, she has worked as Senior Vice President & CTO & CKO.
Ms. Zhang received her doctorate degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China. She also acts as professor and doctoral tutor of Northeastern University.
Ms. Zhang has won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the National Excellent Project Award of Torch Plan, etc. She has obtained 26 patents and published over 90 papers in international and domestic academic journals and conference proceedings.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Wang, born in 1969, has served as Senior Vice President of Neusoft since February 2002. He joined Neusoft to serve as Manager of HR Department in March 1999 and as Director of Administrations from 2001 to 2002.
Mr. Wang received his Doctor’s degree in Philosophy of Science and Technology from Northeastern University, China.
Senior Vice President & CFO
Mr. Zhang, born in 1972, has served as Senior Vice President and CFO since April 2012. He has also held the position of General Manager of Neusoft Japan since January 2016. Mr. Zhang joined Neusoft in April 2000 and first worked as Financial Director and served as Senior Vice President and Financial Operating Officer from 2008 to 2012.
Mr. Zhang received his master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University, China and an Executive MBA degree from China European International Business School. He is also a Senior Certified Public Accountant in China and an ACCA member.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Li, born in 1973, has served as Senior Vice President of Neusoft since May 2008. Since joining the company in July 1995, he has served successively as General Manager of East China Region, Sales Director and CMO of Neusoft.
Mr. Li received his bachelor's degree in computer software from Northeastern University, China.
Senior Vice President & Secretary of the Board of Directors
Ms. Wang, born in 1976, has been serving as Senior Vice President since May 2011 and Secretary of the Board of Directors since December 2011. She also serves as a member of the Review Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange. Since joining the company in 1995, she has served successively as Manager of the Software Center’s Java Application Department, Vice General Manager of Middleware Technology Branch, Manager of Mobile Internet Division, Deputy Director of Advanced Automotive Electronic Technology Research Center, and General Manager of Strategic Alliance and International Business Development Division.
Ms. Wang received her doctorate degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China. She has been awarded the honors of the “Leader of China’s Software and Information Service Industry of the Year 2017-2018, the “Most Innovative Secretary of the Board”, “Secretary of the Board of Information Disclosure Companies”, and the “Best Leader of China Excellence IR”.
Director & Senior Vice President
Mr.Xu, born in 1965, is Senior Vice President and Director of Neusoft and General Manager of Government Software Division. Since joining the company in July 1996, he has served successively as Director of Social Security Software Development Division, Director of Software Engineering Division, Manager of Social Security Department, Manager of Government Software Division, and Vice President of Neusoft. He has served as Senior Vice President of Neusoft since 2014.
Mr. Xu received his master’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China.
Senior Vice President & CMO
Mr. Gai, born in 1981, is Senior Vice President & CMO of Neusoft. He received his master’s degree in business communication and reputation management from University of Manchester, UK. Since joining the company in June 2007, Mr. Gai has served as Manager of Human Resources Department, Human Resources Director of different regions and business units, Deputy General Manager of North China Region, and General Manager of Northwest Region. He started to work as Senior Vice President in March 2019. In December 2019, he began to serve as the additional post of Chief Marketing Officer. He has been awarded the honor of “2017 Global Influential Figure of Shaanxi Merchants”.
