Dr. Liu, male, born in 1955, one of the founders of Neusoft, now serves as Chairman & CEO of Neusoft Corporation, Chairman of Liaoning General Chamber Of Entrepreneurs, and Standing Director of Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE). Dr. Liu once acted as a member of Global Agenda Council on Emerging Multinationals at World Economic Forum, a member of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) and other positions. He used to be Vice-President of the Northeastern University (NEU), Vice-Chairman of China Software Industry Association (CSIA), and a member of the eighth, ninth, and tenth CPPCC National Committee.
In 1982, Dr. Liu obtained the master’s degree. In 1984, he began to study for a doctorate in Northeastern University. From 1986 to 1987, he was doing a research on his doctoral thesis at the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). After that, Dr. Liu returned to China where he received his doctorate degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, thus becoming the first person in China to receive a doctorate degree in computer applications. In 1991, Dr. Liu established Neusoft.
Dr. Liu presided over many key research projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National “863” Program, the Torch Plan, and multiple major subjects of the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the former Ministry of Metallurgy, with many scientific research achievements made in computer networks, multimedia technology and software engineering. Dr. Liu has been awarded the titles of the “Chinese Doctor with Outstanding Contribution”, the “Cross-century Excellent Talent”, and “Young and Middle-aged Science and Technology Workers with Outstanding Contribution”. He has also been awarded numerous honors, including China Best Business Leaders of 2007, Asia Innovator at the 6th CNBC Asia Business Leaders Awards China 2008, CCTV China Economic Person of the Year 2009, Country Winner of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010, Meritorious Person in China Software Industry in Past Ten Years, 2012 Fortune 50 Business Leader with Most Influence in China, Top 100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in past 40 years of reform and opening up, and Social Contribution Winner of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2019.
Mr. Wang, born in 1970, serves as Vice Chairman and President of Neusoft. He joined Neusoft in May 1992 and served as Vice General Manager from December 1997 to August 1999，and has been President of Neusoft since August 1999 and Director of the Company since October 1999.
Mr. Wang received his master’s degree in artificial intelligence of computer applications from Jilin University, China.
Mr. Wang has been awarded numerous honors, including “Outstanding Youth of China’s Software Industry”, and “Leaders of China’s Software and Information Service Industry in China 2009-2010”.
Mr. Chen, born in 1969, has been serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2009 and Director of Neusoft since 2012. After joining the company in 1999, he successively served as Manager of Intelligent Device Development Department, General Manager of Embedded Software Division.
Mr. Chen received his doctorate degree in automatic control from Tsinghua University, China. Mr. Chen has been awarded numerous honors, including “Outstanding Youth of China’s Software Industry”, “Leader of China’s Information Industry of the Year 2015”, and “Leader of China’s Software Industry of the Year 2016”.
Mr.Xu, born in 1965, is Senior Vice President and Director of Neusoft and General Manager of Government Software Division. Since joining the company in July 1996, he has served successively as Director of Social Security Software Development Division, Director of Software Engineering Division, Manager of Social Security Department, Manager of Government Software Division, and Vice President of Neusoft. He has served as Senior Vice President of Neusoft since 2014.
Mr. Xu received his master’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China.
Male. Japanese. Born in 1961. Mr. Endo received his master’s degree in college of Science and Technology from Nihon University. Mr. Endo is a standing director and director of R&D department at Alpine Electronics, Inc. He joined in Alpine Electronics, Inc. in 1986. He has been the director and responsible person for product development in the company since 2010. In 2016, Mr. Endo became the standing director and director of R&D department of the company. Since 2019, he has been serving as executive standing director of Alps Alpine company.
Male. Japanese. Born in 1960. Mr. Noriyasu Okitani received his master’s degree in Science and Engineering Studies from University of Tsukuba. Joined in Toshiba in 1985, Mr. Okitani has served as head of Manufacturing, Industry, and Social Infrastructure Solutions Division in Toshiba Solutions Corporation, head of IoT Business Development Bureau in Toshiba ICT Solutions Corporation. He is now Director of Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation and Chairman of Toshiba Digital Consulting Corporation.
Male. Born in 1958. Dr. Wang received his doctorate degree in economics from Fordham University, US. Mr. Wang is currently the Founding President of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association, Co-Chairman of Asia-Pacific Mergers and Acquisitions Association, Director of Chinese Museum of Finance, and President of Wanmeng Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He has served in many domestic and foreign financial institutions, and directly organized the restructuring, reorganization, underwriting and mergers and acquisitions of dozens of large-scale enterprises in China. He has rich experience in innovating financial instruments, enterprise restructuring and industrial integration. Mr. Wang has been serving as the economic advisor of the government and an independent director of domestic and overseas listed companies and financial institutions.
Female. Born in 1954. Ms. Liu is a professor, doctoral supervisor and Chinese Certified Public Accountant. She has long engaged in teaching and research of finance and accounting, hosted and participated in 8 programs funded by National Natural Science Foundation, presided over the national excellent courses, national bilingual demonstration courses, national excellent resource sharing courses; published more than 40 papers and over 10 monographs and textbooks. She was awarded the first prize of the fifth higher education teaching achievement of Liaoning Province by the People’s Government of Liaoning Province and other teaching achievement awards. She was awarded the title of National Excellent Teacher and Top Teacher of Liaoning Province.
Male, Born in 1959. Dr. Xue is a senior professor and doctoral tutor of liberal arts at Tsinghua University. He received his doctorate degree in engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University (USA). Dr. Xue currently works as Dean of Schwarzman Scholars, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Engineering and Technology Strategy of Tsinghua University, Director of China Science and Technology Policy Research Center of Tsinghua University, Co-dean of the Institute of Sustainable Development of Tsinghua University. Dr. Xue also serves as a member of the National Strategic Advisory and Comprehensive Evaluation Special Committee, Director of the New Generation Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional Committee, member of the State Council Emergency Management Expert Group Non-permanent senior researcher of the US Brookings Institution, co-Chairman of the United Nations Sustainable Development Network (SDSN) Leadership Committee, etc. From 2000 to 2018, he successively served as Deputy Dean, Executive Deputy Dean and Dean of the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University. He research into the fields including public policy and public management, science and technology innovation policy, crisis management and global governance, with rich relevant books published. He was Deputy Director of Graduate Management Department, Secretary of Party Committee of Logistics Division, and Director of Logistics Management Department of Northeastern University, China. Since August 2018, he has served as the Director and General Manager of Northeastern University Science and Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Shingo Kurata received his bachelor’s degree in law from Meiji University, Japan and master’s degree in law from the Law Center of Georgetown University, United States. After joining Alpine in 1999, Mr. Kurata served as head of legal affairs at the intellectual property rights department. Since 2019, Mr. Kurata has been serving as the Director of Legal and Intellectual Property Department of Alpine.
Male, Born in 1975. Mr. Sun received his master degree from University of Pennsylvania. He worked in Chinalink Capital, Al-Safwa Group Holding Co., etc. He began to work in Neusoft Holdings from December 2017. Now he serves as Director of Business Development Department.
Male. Born in 1977. Mr. Ma received his bachelor’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China and his master’s degree in information system from the University of Liverpool, UK. Mr. Ma now acts as General Manager of Neusoft America. Since joining the company in May 2005, he has successively served as Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Vice General Manager and General Manager of Strategic Alliance and International Business Development Division, and Vice President of Business Development at Neusoft America.
Female. Born in 1975. Ms. Ju is a senior economist. She received her master’s degree in international business from Northeastern University of Finance and Economics, China and her postgraduate diploma in corporate finance and investment management from SPACE China Business School of Hong Kong University. Since joining the company in January 2000, she has served as Deputy Director of International Business Department and Vice-President of Research Institute. Ms. Ju currently acts as the Deputy Director of Corporate Development Department of Neusoft.
