• Liu Jiren
    Chairman

    Mr. Liu, doctor in Computer Application, born in 1955, one of the founders of Neusoft, now serves as Chairman of Neusoft Corporation, President of Liaoning General Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Standing Member of China Center for International Economic Exchanges, and Standing Member of Chinese Institute of Electronics. Dr. Liu once acted as a member of Global Agenda Council on Emerging Multinationals at World Economic Forum, a member of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) and other positions. He used to be Vice President of the Northeastern University (NEU), Vice Chairman of China Software Industry Association (CSIA), and a member of the eighth, ninth and tenth CPPCC National Committee.

    In 1982, Dr. Liu obtained the master’s degree. In 1984, he began to study for a doctorate in Northeastern University. From 1986 to 1987, he was doing a research on his doctoral thesis at the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). After that, Dr. Liu returned to China where he received his doctorate degree in Computer Application from Northeastern University, thus becoming the first person in China to receive a doctorate degree in this major. In 1991, Dr. Liu established Neusoft.

    Dr. Liu presided over many key research projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National “863” Program, the Torch Plan, and multiple major subjects of the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the former Ministry of Metallurgy, with many scientific research achievements made in computer networks, multimedia technology and software engineering. Dr. Liu has been awarded the titles of “Chinese Doctor with Outstanding Contribution”, “Cross-century Excellent Talent”, and “Young and Middle-aged Science and Technology Workers with Outstanding Contribution”. He has also been awarded numerous honors, including China Best Business Leaders of 2007, Asia Innovator at the 6th CNBC Asia Business Leaders Awards China 2008, CCTV China Economic Person of the Year 2009, Country Winner of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010, Meritorious Person in China Software Industry in Past Ten Years, 2012 Fortune 50 Business Leaders with Most Influence in China, Top 100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in Past 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up, Social Contribution Winner of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2019, and Advanced Individual in the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 in the Private Economic Sector of the Year 2020.


    Rong Xinjie
    Vice Chairman

    Mr. Rong, born in 1963, graduated from the China University of Mining and Technology with a major in electronic computing. He is an associate professor. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer of Neusoft. Mr. Rong joined Neusoft in 1993 and has held positions such as Vice President and Senior Vice President. From 2008 to 2018, he served as the General Manager of Liaoning Neusoft Venture Capital Co., Ltd. From 2013 to 2023, he worked at Dalian Neusoft Holdings Co., Ltd., where he held roles including Vice Chairman and President and Director and CEO. Mr. Rong has served as Chief Strategy Officer of Neusoft since April 2023, Vice Chairman since May 2023, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since January 2024. He has engaged in software system research, investment and financing management, and corporate operations management for a long time. He has also authored publications. He has received awards such as the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Shenyang Municipal Science and Technology Achievement Award.


    Chen Ximin
    Director

    Mr. Chen, born in 1969, has been serving as Senior Vice President since 2009, Director of Neusoft since 2012 and CTO & Chief Information Officer since April 2021. After joining the Company in 1999, he successively served as Manager of Intelligent Device Development Department, General Manager of Embedded Software Division and Chief Operating Officer. He is currently the Vice President of China Software Industry Association (CSIA).

    Mr. Chen received his doctorate degree in automatic control from Tsinghua University, China. Mr. Chen has been awarded numerous honors, including “Top 10 Outstanding Youth of China’s Software Industry 2008”, “10th Anniversary of the Promulgation of No.18 Document of State Council - Role Model of Software R&D Productivity Enterprise in China” and “Leader of China’s Software Industry of the Year 2016”.


    Xue Lan
    Independent Director

    Male, Born in 1959. Dr. Xue is a senior professor and doctoral tutor of liberal arts at Tsinghua University. He received his doctorate degree in engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University (USA). Dr. Xue currently works as Dean of Schwarzman Scholars of Tsinghua University, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Engineering and Technology Strategy of Tsinghua University, Director of China Science and Technology Policy Research Center of Tsinghua University, Co-dean of the Institute of Sustainable Development of Tsinghua University. Dr. Xue also serves as Director of the New Generation Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional Committee, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Association of Science and S&T Policy Research, part-time professor at Carnegie Mellon University in the US, non-permanent senior researcher of the US Brookings Institution, Member of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UNSDSN) Council, Member of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA), and Member of the inaugural Leadership Panel of the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF). From 2000 to 2018, he successively served as Deputy Dean, Executive Deputy Dean and Dean of the School of Public Administration of Tsinghua University. His research areas include public policy and public management, science and technology innovation policy, crisis management and global governance, with many relevant books published. He has been awarded numerous honors, including the Outstanding Youth Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Distinguished Professor of “Changjiang Scholar” of the Ministry of Education, Outstanding Contribution Award of Fudan Management Science, Outstanding Contribution Award of China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, and the second State Scientific Innovation and Pioneer Award.


    Chen Qiwei
    Independent Director

    Mr. Chen, doctor in Economics from East China Normal University, born in 1952, serves as Founder and Chairman of ABC Group and President of Financial Technology Research Institute of East China Normal University. He is a nationally renowned economist in international finance and expert in capital market. His academic masterpiece, International Competition Theory, won the "Sun Yefang Economic Science Award for Excellent Work” in 1987, making him the first young Chinese scholar receiving such honor. He was invited to serve as an expert consultant for the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the China Development Bank and other government departments, as well as a member of the Advisory Committee of Corporate Governance of Listed Companies of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). He served as a professor of the International Finance Department of East China Normal University, a professor and doctoral tutor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University of Shanghai Jiaotong University, President of Shanghai Equity Investment Association, Special Advisor of the Asian Development Bank and the China Development Bank among other positions. He is also a member of the Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum.


    Geng Wei
    Independent Director

    Geng Wei, male, born in 1976, holds a Ph.D. in accounting from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics. He is an associate professor, and a certified CPA in Australia. He is currently the Vice Dean of the International Business College of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics. He serves as the main lecturer for the national-level high-quality resource sharing course "Intermediate Financial Accounting" and as the main lecturer for the Liaoning provincial high-quality video open course "Accounting Ethics and Professional Ethics". He is also the moderator and main lecturer for the Liaoning provincial blended teaching first-class course "Intermediate Financial Accounting" and the moderator and main lecturer for the Liaoning provincial virtual simulation first-class course "Stock Portfolio Design and Evaluation". Mr. Geng has published several articles in journals such as "Finance & Accounting" and "Research on Financial and Economic Issues". His research primarily focuses on topics such as IFRS and Chinese corporate accounting standards, financial statement analysis of listed companies, and corporate strategy and financial reporting. He has also conducted training courses for enterprises on topics including Chinese corporate accounting standards and financial statement analysis.


    Cui Xiaohui
    Director

    Cui Xiaohui, male, born in 1971, is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Wuhan University. He obtained his Ph.D. in computer science and engineering from the University of Louisville in the United States. He is also a Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program, a member of the Expert Committee of the Special Project on High-performance Computing under the National Key R&D Program, a member of the Software Engineering Teaching Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Project Review Committee of the China Scholarship Council, the Chairman of the Blockchain Food Safety Alliance, a specially-invited expert in Hundred Talents Program of Hubei Province, and a distinguished professor at the University of Louisville in the United States. He served as the Dean of the International School of Software at Wuhan University and as a researcher at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory of the U.S. Department of Energy. He has been engaged in research in the fields of big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, and other areas. He has led more than ten national and provincial key foundation and enterprise projects, including the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and key projects under the Joint Fund of Ministry of Education. He has published over a hundred international academic papers, and his research findings have been reported by authoritative media both domestically and internationally.


    Li Qingcheng
    Director

    Li Qingcheng, male, born in 1964, obtained his Ph.D. in computer science from Nankai University, and is a postdoctoral researcher in electronic engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He currently serves as a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the College of Computer Science, Nankai University. He also serves as Director of the Embedded Systems and Information Security Laboratory. He concurrently serves as a council member of the China High-tech Industrialization Association, a council member of the China OSS Promotion Union, a council member of the Future Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, and a council member of the Calligraphy Innovative Education Professional Committee of the China Wisdom Engineering Association. He previously held positions such as Executive Director of the China Software Industry Association, Technical Standards Expert at the China Digital Newspaper Laboratory, President of the Yungong Group under Nankai University, and Executive Dean of the College of Software at Nankai University. He has made significant contributions to the digital publishing, new media, embedded systems, and open-source software industries in China. He has unique insights and achievements in academic fields such as ubiquitous computing, group embedded systems, educational Internet of Things, and full media communication. He has been the principal investigator for over ten international and national projects. He has authored books and translated works, including "The Singularity Is Near". He has published over a hundred academic papers.


    Song Qingjun

    Ms. Song, born in 1976, received her master’s degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University. Since joining the Company in 2005, she has served successively as Recruitment Director, Assistant Manager of Human Resources Department, Manager of Human Resources Department, etc. Since November 2015, she has served as Human Resources Director & Manager of Human Resources Department.

     

  • Mou Hong
    Chief Supervisor

    Male. Born in 1968. He is an associate researcher. Mr. Mou received his master degree in administrative management from Northeastern University, China. He was Deputy Director of Graduate Management Department, Secretary of Party Committee of Logistics Division, and Director of Logistics Management Department of Northeastern University, China. Since August 2018, he has served as the Director and General Manager of Northeastern University Science and Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd.


    Sun Zhen
    Supervisor

    Male, Born in 1975. Mr. Sun received his master degree from University of Pennsylvania. He worked in Chinalink Capital, Al-Safwa Group Holding Co., etc. He began to work in Neusoft Holdings from December 2017. Now he serves as Director of Business Development Department.


    Ma Chao
    Supervisor

    Male. Born in 1977. Mr. Ma received his bachelor’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China and his master’s degree in information system from the University of Liverpool, UK. Mr. Ma now acts as General Manager of Neusoft America. Since joining the company in May 2005, he has successively served as Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Vice General Manager and General Manager of Strategic Alliance and International Business Development Division, and Vice President of Business Development at Neusoft America.


    Yang Wei
    Supervisor

    Ms. Yang, born in 1980, received a bachelor's degree in Japanese from Shenyang Normal University. After joining the Company in July 2003, she worked in the Intelligent Application Division and Neusoft Automotive Electronics Solutions Division. She now serves as Deputy Director of the President's Office.


    Diao Aili
    Supervisor

    Diao Aili, male, born in 1977, obtained his bachelor's degree in measurement technology and instrumentation from Northeastern University. Mr. Diao joined the company in November 1999 and has held various positions including Director of Middle East and Africa Business, General Manager of Middle East Division, Director and Vice General Manager of Strategic Alliance and International Business Development Division, and is currently the General Manager of the Strategic Alliance and Business Development Division.
