Neusoft Releases UniEAP for Unified Solution Architecture

BEIJING, China, Jul. 18th, 2007 - Neusoft held a release conference entitled "Profound Accumulation & Gradual Delivery” for its UniEAP (Unified Enterprise Application Practices) in Beijing on July 18th. For the first time, Neusoft displayed its UniEAP-based unified architecture solutions core platform, for which Neusoft has been striving for more than ten years. UniEAP, developed from Neusoft’s accumulation in technology research and industry application for more than ten years, is the footstone for meeting the requirements of different customers from different industries and quickly establishing solutions for different industries. Establishment and application of UniEAP indicated the remarkable achievement of China in constructing solution technology platform of self-dominated intellectual property right.

It is reported that UniEAP, short for “Unified Enterprise Application Practices”, is an integrated platform solution supporting quick construction of application software, consisting of development framework, public components, and methodology. UniEAP plays an important role in supporting every dimensionality of Neusoft solution architecture (NeuSA™), providing stable, expandable application framework and plenty function components volume for constructing solutions for other industries. It is a unified architecture platform of Neusoft industry solutions.

Positioning of UniEAP, as well as its development course, was closely related with the change of customer needs all the time. According to Ji Yong, Director of Platform Software Division of Neusoft, UniEAP was positioned as a technology support platform at the very beginning. After 2000, UniEAP played an important role in promoting the transfer of Neusoft solution technology from Client/Server architecture to Web-based multi-layer architecture. After 2005, UniEAP became the base of common technology and methodology of Neusoft industry solution products, for it supported the implementation of research mode of Neusoft industry solution software products, and drove the development of industry solutions towards capitalization and standardization. Under the background that SOA gradually become mature from just a concept, UniEAP completed its own conversion of common technical platform emphasizing service. It helped customers research and deploy the service emphasized applications to enable free flow of information inside and outside the enterprises. At the same time, on the basis of unchanged design concept and product architecture, Neusoft furthered the research mode of ADD (Architecture Driven Development), which helped customers design more rational application architecture, produce more reusable components of practical value while meeting operational requirements to bring convenience for protecting customers’ investment and forming their own software capital.

UniEAP integrates practical experience of Neusoft in software & solution over the past ten years and technology & solution architecture concept accumulated during the construction of common platform, supporting solutions for numerous domestic large-scaled industries.
