Neusoft Accelerates Base Construction in Dalian China for Offshore Software & Service Outsourcing

Neusoft Lays Foundation Stone for Its Hekou International Software Park

[Dalian China, Nov. 9, 2006] Neusoft, a leading software and solution provider in China, has laid the foundation stone for its second industry park, Neusoft Hekou International Software Park, at the Dalian High-tech Industrial Zone. This new park is designed to strengthen the capacity of Neusoft in software outsourcing, BPO, and embedded system development for the European, American, Japanese, and Korean markets.

In recent years, Neusoft has been maintaining a high-speed growth in software and service outsourcing by leveraging its geographic advantage and competitive edge.  This Chinese giant has developed long-term plans and investment schedules for its human resource and industrial bases to further achieve a scale operation and international expansion.  The foundation laying of this Hekou Park, together with the past construction and deployment of other facilities in Shenyang, Dalian, Nanhai, Chengdu, and Nanjing, has helped Neusoft establish a huge, complete R&D base network in China.

Neusoft Hekou International Software Park, located at Lvshun Nanlu, Dalian, close to Xiaoping Island, covers a floor area of 500,000 square meters.  Relying on Neusoft’s innovative development model that well integrates industry, education, and research together, this new park will serve as a major base for Neusoft’s international software and service outsourcing.
