Neusoft Initiated Everest Plan to Expand Management Solution Offerings

[June 29, Dalian, China] Neusoft has initiated a strategic program, Everest Plan, to meet the needs of ERP market, marking the official start of its marketing efforts to expand management software offerings. This campaign was launched after Neusoft and SAP, the world’s largest supplier of management software and coordinated business solutions, have announced, last month, the establishment of an extensive strategic partnership.

Neusoft has presented it as a strategic tool to expand its management solution offerings. Before this, Neusoft has been concentrated itself in core business solutions for industry and enterprise customers despite its early development of management software. Taking the advantages of talent training plan and its experience in industry implementation, Neusoft is now ready to take an aggressive step towards the management solution market based on the world’s leading management software platform from SAP.

It is reported that the Everest Plan consists of four programs, including Neusoft-SAP Talents Training Program, Neusoft-SAP Center of Excellence (COE) and R&D and Technology Support Plan, Neusoft ERP Industry Alliance Plan, and Neusoft ERP Marketing Expansion Plan.

“Neusoft is planning to become a leader in the management solutions market starting with training ERP talents. We will make full use of our advantages in IT education to train ERP consultants and other talents. We will also establish an ERP industry alliance with channel partners and customers based on R&D and technical supports from COE, strengthening our customer’s confidence in implementation of ERP system. Eventually, we believe we will bring substantial returns not only to ourselves, but also to our partners as well as customers,” said Doctor Liu Jiren.

Rong Xinjie, Senior Vice President of Neusoft Co., Ltd., indicated that Neusoft will offer management solutions combining the world’s leading management software platform and the best nationwide industry implementation experience based on “My SAP All-in-One” and “SAP Business One”; and to that end, Everest Plan was made as a concrete tool to bring Neusoft’s ERP products to the top.

The Everest Plan begins with the Neusoft-SAP Talents Training Program. Neusoft is planning to train internally about 100 certified trainers and consultants, who then will train 4,000 students and 1,000 social workers in 3 years. By doing so, it will train and supply 1,000 development consultants and implementation engineers for 100 Neusoft-SAP ERP allies. At the same time, Neusoft-SAP Center of Excellence (COE) and R&D and Technology Support Plan has been fully initiated. COE will ease the ERP implementation by developing solutions for segmentation vertical market inclusive of foreign trade, logistics enterprises, iron & steel and nonferrous metal, fast moving consumer goods, public sectors, health industries, etc. Besides, Neusoft will establish a team to support and service members of the Alliance. It has established customer-oriented SAP support centers in Dalian, Shenyang, Nanjing and Shanghai, and is planning to increase the number to service its partners. Its centers for customer experience in Shenyang and Dalian have been established while that in Shanghai, Guangdong, Nanhai, Guangdong, and Beijing are currently under construction. Neusoft will develop 100 distribution/implementation partners and establish Neusoft-SAP-centered ERP Industry Alliance to gain more market share.

“The lack of ERP implementation engineers and consultants has been a bottleneck restricting China’s ERP development. However, Neusoft, with its three information institutes, has many advantages in IT talents training. What we have concerned most for a long time is how to make full use of these facilities to train great talents for businesses, industry, and society. Today, when our Everest Plan is officially launched, the Neusoft-SAP Authorized Training Center is also founded. The first consultants training program attended by 100 Neusoft employees will start as well. So you see, we are taking a step-by-step approach to make this Everest Plan a total success,” said Doctor Wen Tao, Dean of Neusoft Information Institute Dalian.
