Ningbo Power Plant joins hands with Neusoft to build e-HR system

Ningbo Beilun Power plant, known as Zhejiang Province Beilun First Power Company Ltd. is one of the biggest electricity power plants in Zhejiang province. It is a national information construction model company with 1200 employees in the power industry . This company entered a cooperative agreement with Neusoft in 1996 to build a SEAS documents and graphics management system. Numerous economic and social benefits were created by its completion. On October.16 ^th , the company will build an e-HR human resources management system in cooperation with Neusoft.

After a three year survey of reviewing five HR software providers and understanding each companies’strength and software functionalities, characteristics and technologies, Ningbo Beilun Power Plant chose Neusoft as its partner to build a human resource management system in order to improve the efficiency of the office, standardize the management process of the company, increase the levels of human resources management and enhance the information level of the company.

This system includes system management, salary management and training management. It will enhance the human resources management level after it is implemented.
