NeuSoft Cooperates With NEC in Industry-oriented Software Field

NeuSoft Co. Ltd., one of the best solution providers in China, and NEC (Japan) reached an  agreement on extensive cooperation in the field of industry-oriented software on Sept. 25th, 2003.

According to the agreement, they will establish a closer cooperative relationship in the fields of product evaluation and verification, OEM  of products, software development and international market expansion,whichreally marks a new stage in the two countries' cooperation in software industry.

The two companies’  cooperation can date back to 2001. In Nov. 2002, they jointly established the 'NEC Front Office Developing Center'  in Dalian, which focuses on the development of EIP products. In Dec. 2002, they established 'Neusoft-NEC Evaluation and Verification Center' , which provides evaluation and verification to NEC’s products so that they can be integrated into Neusoft’s solutions more conveniently.  This time, on the basis of the successful cooperation in the past two years, the two companies  decided to extend their cooperation field and improve the competitive predominance of their solutions   to explore international software market.

NEC attaches great importance to the cooperation with Chinese software enterprises, as Chinese market draws the great attention of all the IT enterprises in the world. And NEC’s  cooperation with Neusoft in the field of industry-oriented software can bring it closer to Chinese market.
