Neusoft Wins Top-tier Award in PMI Project Management

Recently, at the 2025 PMI China Congress, Neusoft’s “Global In-vehicle Navigation System Development Project” was awarded the 2025 PMI (China) Project Management Award – Outstanding Project Award.

The PMI (China) Project Management Award was established by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a globally leading project management organization. Following global authoritative system standards, this award is selected through multiple rounds of evaluations by top-tier industry experts. The receipt of this award signifies that Neusoft has reached a world-leading level in project management capabilities, digital practices, and global delivery.

During the management and implementation of the “Global In-vehicle Navigation System Development Project,” Neusoft faced multiple challenges, including high complexity in adapting to multiple vehicle platforms, stringent product stability requirements, and significant difficulties in cross-cultural team collaboration. Adopting ASPICE as its foundation and JIRA as its core management platform, Neusoft established a systematic development process and quality management system, achieving full-process digitalization from requirements gathering and analysis, development, testing to delivery.
