Rong Xinjie
Chairman & CEO

Rong Xinjie, male, born in 1963, graduated from the China University of Mining and Technology with a major in computer science, holding the academic title of Associate Professor. Currently, he serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neusoft. Mr. Rong joined Neusoft in 1993 and has held positions such as Vice President and Senior Vice President of the company. From 2008 to 2018, he served as General Manager of Liaoning Neusoft Venture Capital Co., Ltd. From 2013 to 2023, he worked at Dalian Neusoft Holdings Co., Ltd., where he held positions including Vice Chairman & President, Director on the board & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rong served as Chief Strategy Officer of Neusoft from April 2023 to April 2025, Vice Chairman from May 2023 to April 2025. He has been serving as Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024 and Chairman since April 2025. He has long-term engagement in research on software systems, investment and financing management, and corporate operational management, with published works. He has been honored with the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Shenyang Municipal Science and Technology Achievement Award.

Wang Jingxi
Senior Vice President

Wang Jingxi, male, born in 1969, holds a Ph.D. in philosophy of science and technology from Northeastern University, China. He currently serves as Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President of Neusoft. Dr. Wang joined Neusoft in March 1999 as Head of the Human Resources Department. He assumed the position of Administrative Director in 2001 and has been Senior Vice President of the company since February 2002. Additionally, from April 2021 to April 2025, he served as Assistant to the Chairman. He has been serving as Vice Chairman since May 2025.

Xu Hongli
Rotating CEO

Xu Hongli, male, born in 1965, holds a master’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China. Mr. Xu currently serves as Rotating Chief Executive Officer of Neusoft. Since joining the company in July 1996, he has served successively as Head of Social Security Software Development Division, Head of Software Engineering Business Division, General Manager of Social Security Business Division, General Manager of Government Business Division, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Co-President. Mr. Xu has been serving as Rotating Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2025.

Zhang Xiao’ou
Co-President & CFO

Zhang Xiao’ou, male, born in 1972, holds a master’s degree in management from Northeastern University, China and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He is a Certified Public Accountant (China), Senior Accountant, and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He currently serves as Co-President & Chief Financial Officer of Neusoft, and General Manager of NEUSOFT Japan Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang joined Neusoft in April 2000 and has held positions including Financial Director, Senior Vice President & Financial Operating Officer, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He has been serving as Co-President & Chief Financial Officer since April 2025. Additionally, since January 2016, he has concurrently served as General Manager of NEUSOFT Japan Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang was awarded the 2023 Outstanding Contributor Award in Service Outsourcing.

Gai Longjia
Co-president & COO

Gai Longjia, male, born in 1981, holds a master’s degree in corporate communication & reputation management from University of Manchester, UK. He currently serves as Co-President & Chief Operating Officer of Neusoft. He joined the company in June 2007 and has held positions including HR Manager in the Human Resources Department, HR Director of Nanjing Platform/Enterprise Solutions Business Division, HR Director of Beijing Platform/North China Region, Assistant to the Head of Human Resources Department & Director of International Business Center, Deputy General Manager of North China Region, General Manager of Northwest China Region & Vice President, and Senior Vice President. He has been serving as Co-President & Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2021.

Chen Ximin
Senior Vice President

Chen Ximin, male, born in 1969, holds a Ph.D. in control theory and control engineering from Tsinghua University. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Neusoft. Dr. Chen joined the company in 1999 and has held positions including Head of Intelligent Device Development Division, General Manager of Embedded Software Business Division, Chief Operating Officer. He has been serving as Senior Vice President of the company since 2009 and concurrently served as Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Officer from April 2021 to April 2025. He is currently Vice Chairman of China Software Industry Association (CSIA) and Standing Committee Member of the 16th Shenyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Dr. Chen has been honored with numerous awards, including China FinTech Excellence Award 2023, Top 10 Outstanding Youth in China’s Software Industry (2008), Benchmark Figure in China Software R&D Productivity (10th Anniversary of State Council Document No. 18), Leader of China’s Software Industry of the Year (2016), and Nomination Award for the 11th Shenyang Top Ten Scientific and Technological Talents (2024).

Wang Nan
Senior Vice President & Secretary of the Board of Directors

Wang Nan, female, born in 1976, holds a Ph.D. in computer applications from Northeastern University, China. She currently serves as Senior Vice President & Secretary of the Board of Directors of Neusoft. Since joining the company in 1995, she has served successively as Head of the Java Application Division, Head of Mobile Internet Business Division, Deputy Director of Automotive Electronics Advanced Technology Research Center, and General Manager of Strategic Alliances and International Business Development Division. She has been serving as Senior Vice President since May 2011 and Secretary of the Board of Directors since December 2011. From April 2021 to April 2025, she also served as Chief Investment Officer.

Dr. Wang has been honored with numerous awards, including Leader of China’s Software and Information Services Industry, Secretary of the Board with Meritorious Contributions, and was named on the list of Forbes China Top 50 Women in Tech (2020). She received 5A rating in the Evaluation of Listed Company Board Secretary’s Performance from China Association for Public Companies in both 2022 and 2024. She previously served as a member of the 5th Review Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and is currently an expert advisor to the SSE’s Science and Technology Innovation Advisory Committee.

Li Jun
Senior Vice President

Li Jun, male, born in 1973, holds a bachelor’s degree in computer software from Northeastern University, China. Mr. Li currently serves as Senior Vice President of Neusoft. Since joining the company in 1995, he has held positions including Director of Procurement Department, Deputy General Manager of Social Security Business Division, General Manager of East China Region, Sales Director and Chief Marketing Officer. He has been serving as Senior Vice President of the company since May 2008.

Chen Hongyin
Senior Vice President

Chen Hongyin, male, born in 1970, holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a master’s degree in computer engineering from Dalian University of Technology. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Neusoft. He joined the company in July 1996 and served as Deputy General Manager of Dalian Branch from 1997. Since 1999, he has successively served as General Manager of the Electric Power Business Division, General Manager of the Energy Business Division, General Manager of the Energy and Civil Aviation Business Division, Vice President, Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Chief Solutions Officer. He has been serving as Senior Vice President of the company since July 2023.

Jian Guodong
Senior Vice President

Jian Guodong, male, born in 1966, holds a master’s degree in automation engineering from Harbin University of Science and Technology. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Neusoft, concurrently holding the positions of Chief Executive Officer of Dalian Neusoft Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. and Dean of Dalian Qixian Zhiyuan Technology Research Institute. Mr. Jian joined the company in 2004 and has successively served as Assistant to Technical Director, Head of SEG, Director on the board and General Manager of NEUSOFT Japan Co., Ltd., General Manager of Dalian Branch, General Manager of NEU-APN IS Business Division, General Manager of AVNC Business Division, General Manager of AVNC&IS Business Division, and General Manager (Division Head) of Neusoft Automotive Electronics Solutions Business Division and Senior Vice President of the company. In recent years, he has also worked at companies like AutoAI and AutoChips Inc., holding managerial roles, and accumulated profound expertise and extensive experience in the fields of automotive electronics and technology enterprise management. He has been serving as Senior Vice President of the company starting from April 2025.
