Neusoft and CR Healthcare Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

December 29, 2020 - Neusoft Corporation (Neusoft) and China Resources Healthcare Group Ltd. (CR Healthcare) recently signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation.

This move means that both sides will give full play to their strengths and work together to establish long-term strategic partnerships in such fields as medical equipment and services, medical informatization solutions, 5G-based solutions for the medical Internet of Things (IoT), medical research innovation and healthy cities so as to achieve common development goals.

According to the agreement, focusing on the healthcare industrial chain and the product system in medical sector, Neusoft will provide customized systematic solutions on clinical informatization, business operation, DRG, cost control and performance assessment for CR Healthcare, which are all equipped with a strategic partnership service system. In the years to come, the two sides will jointly plan the top-level design of 5G-based medical IoT and push forward the business scenario innovation in this regard. Moreover, they’ll make positive efforts to explore cooperation patterns, innovate business models, and incubate new scenarios of medical services so as to better facilitate the high-quality development of both regional medical services and big data in healthcare.
