Focusing on the demands of customers and markets, Neusoft has developed and maintained a dedicated HR management team featuring an effective structure, professional capacity and teamwork. Presently, Neusoft has a total of more than 20,000 employees who are engaged in the fields of industry solutions, product engineering solutions, software product & platform and services.
Sustainable HR Development
Neusoft established three IT institutes in Dalian, Nanhai and Chengdu from 2000 to 2003 to promote HR development for the software industry and share IT human resources with its customers and partners. In 2012, the total number of students of these three institutes exceeded 28,000. This provides a solid foundation for Neusoft and its partners to continuously acquire professional talent.
Endeavouring to cultivate, develop and deploy IT talent, Neuedu provides talent training solutions relying on Neusoft knowledge system catering to universities, individuals and government sectors as well as consulting, training, human resource services and IT systems for enterprises based on organization-oriented “high performance pyramid”. At present, Neuedu has set up eight distributed talent training bases in Shenyang, Dalian, Nanjing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou and Qingdao, and has established close partnerships with over 500 universities and 400 enterprises worldwide.
