Jiren Liu Chairman
Dr. Liu is Chairman & CEO at Neusoft. As one of the founders of Neusoft, Dr. Liu has successfully built a small college business into a leading IT solutions & services provider in China with his exceptional academic record and his unparalleled industry insight.
Dr. Liu’s business success has overlapped his tenure with Northeastern University, China, where he holds the position of Vice President. He also served as Vice-chairman with China Software Industry Association (CSIA), and a standing member of Chinese Association of Automation (CAA). For his contribution to China’s IT industry, Dr. Liu has been crowned with numerous honors and awards inclusive of National Award for Excellence in Science & Technology, China Best Business Leader, Asia Innovator of the Year at the 6th CNBC Asia Business Leaders Awards, and inclusion into the Outsourcing Hall of Fame by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) in May 2009.
He received doctor’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China.
Yongfeng Wang Vice Chairman
Mr. Wang has served as Director and President at Neusoft, respectively, since Oct. 1999 and Aug. 1999. Prior to this, Mr. Wang was successively Manager and Developer of International Cooperation Division, respectively, from Mar. 1995 and from May 1992, and Deputy General Manager of the Company from Feb. 1998.
Mr. Wang received master’s degree in artificial intelligence of computer applications from Jilin University, China.
Hong Zhao Director
Mr. Zhao, as one of the founders of Neusoft, is Senior Vice President at Neusoft. Mr. Zhao has served as Director of the Company since Jun. 1996. Prior to this, he had served as the Deputy General Manager of the Company from Sep. 1993 to Mar. 1996. He had also served as the Researcher of Software Technology Lab at Institute of Computer Applications of Northeastern University and the Deputy Director of National Engineering Research Center for Computer Software.
Mr. Zhao received doctor’s degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China.
Li Wang Director
Ms. Wang has served as Senior Vice President & CFO at Neusoft since May 2008. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President & Financial Director at Neusoft from Feb. 1997 to Aug. 2003, and Vice President and Financial Director of Neusoft from Sep. 2003 to May 2008.
Ms. Wang received master's degree in management engineering from Northeastern University, China and EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School.
Kazuaki Onchi Director
Kazuaki Onchi is Director of Toshiba Solutions Corporation, responsible for system architecture and quality, Kazuaki Onchi joined Toshiba in 1978 and was once the Director of Neusoft Corporation.
Kazuaki Onchi received bachelor’s degree from the Facility of Engineering of Kagoshima University, Japan.
Seizo Ishiguro Director
Seizo Ishiquro has been President & CEO of Alpine Electronics, Inc. since 1997. Since he joined Alpine in 1978, he had held successively a number of positions inclusive of Operations Manager, Managing Director, and Vice President.
Seizo Ishiquro graduated from the Law School of Waseda University, Japan.
Jian Lv Independent Director
Mr. Lv is now the Vice President of the Computer Software Research Institute of Nanjing University and Director of the State Key Laboratory for Novel Software Technology at Nanjing University. In addition, he is also Managing Director of China Computer Federation, Director of China Computer Federation, Software Engineering Technical Committee, and member of the 4th Expert Panel of the Information Department of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
Mr. Lv received doctor’s degree in computer software from Nanjing University, China.
Hongxing Fang Independent Director
Mr. Fang is Director & CPC Secretary of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics Press and the Superintendent of Sanyou Accounting Research Institute. Concurrently, he also serves as director of the Accounting Society of China, consulting expert of the Accounting Standard Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Fang received doctor’s degree in accounting from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics, China.
Lan Xue Independent Director
Mr. Xue holds three job titles with the Tsinghua University, China, namely, Dean of School of Public Policy and Management, Executive Dean of Development Research Academy for the 21st Century, and Director of China Institute for Science and Technology Policy. He is also Vice President of China Administration Society, Vice General Director of Chinese Association for Science of Science and S&T Policy, Vice President of Society of Management Science of China, Vice Director of National MPA Education Steering Committee, Director of International Development and Research Center (IDRC), a member of Advisory Committee of John F.Kcanedy School of Government (KSG), Co-chair of World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Mitigating Global Risks & Addressing Systemic Failures, and a Visiting Professor at Carnegie-Mellon University.
Mr. Xue received doctor’s degree in engineering and public policy from Carnegie-Mellon University, America.
