This system provides account settlement (inter-network account settlement) between telecom carriers who have opened wireless intelligent web business, as well as internal account settlement(innernetwork account settlement and long distance account settlement)within a telecom carrier. As a supplement to intelligent web business, Intelligent Web Account Settlement Management System provides business functions such as resource management, user data management, rechargeable cards management and business procedure management.

System Composition:

Intelligent Web Comprehensive Management System includes the following subsystems: data mining subsystem, pre-processing subsystem, account settlement management subsystem, report subsystem and comprehensive management subsystem.
