Features Overview:

This system performs data mining, data analysis, data pre-processing, data sorting and data processing for detailed list document generated when messages flow through the short message center, and then calculates corresponding fees according to certain standards. It consolidates communication fees on the short message bills based on customer information and rate information.

System Composition:

Short message billing settlement system comprises nine subsystems: setting and maintaining basic parameters, establishing and managing preferential packages, query statistics and reporting, monitoring and maintaining database, collecting bills of short messages, sorting and pre-processing bills, bill rating, summarizing preferences and storing, and processing derelict bills.
