It provides instructions to decision makers to establish more scientific and effective distribution policies based on market. Control price setting for salable resources, audit, resource requisition, settlement, returning profits for distributors. Provide technical assurance for constructing high-speed, reliable and controllable sales system for telecom carriers.

2 ,High-speed Large-capacity Billing System

  • multiprocess and multithread processing

Use the UNIX platform and C language programming; one-time rating and billing system supported by high-speed real-time billing algorithm; rating and billing quickly; support real-time billing and mass data processing; use multiprocess and multithread technology; all programs run outside the database; quick data processing.

  • Partition and Host Array CDR Storage

Use database partition option technology and fully consider disk array configuration scheme, which can make good use of the performance of disk array. Use the OCI programming interface to conduct CDR storage in Host Array mode. System performance is improved and maintenance can be done easily. Meanwhile, the speed of CDR storage is increased. Ensure timely storage of CDR for real-time billing. Meet and exceed current common requirements of business standards.

3 ,Flexible Billing System

Adopt the object oriented design thought, which ensures adaptability to various parameter and rule changes related to billing and corresponding billing results.

Parameters related to billing including rate, holiday preferences and billing rules are described and stored in corresponding forms in the object-oriented way. For changes to billing rules, maintenance people only need to modify records corresponding torelated billing rules or add records in the maintenance form, completely avoiding modification of the code for the billing part.

4 , Powerful Real-time Secondary Preferential Computation Function

real-timesecondary preferential processing at phone bill level

real-time one-off summary of phone toll

real-time storageof phone bill and summary information

real-time phone bill and toll inquiry

The design of real-time preference is based on the separation of conditions and algorithm. Conditions include custom conditions and specified conditions. Algorithm is independent of condition setting. Preferences are managed as groups in order to support overlap and grading of multiple preferences.

Preference packages include general packages and optional packages. Optional packages are options open to customers who need these preferences. General packages are those applied to all customers within abusiness sector. After configuration, preference packages will become resources that can be used in various combinations as required.

Preferences can be various combinations of user information, business information, time length information or rate information, which are maintained via code and can be added or modified optionally to ensure flexible support for new preference policies.
