The Second China International Software & Information Service Fair (CISIS) opens in Dalian during July 28 to 31, 2004. Neusoft Group, the leading software and solution provider in China, attended the fair for the second time under the theme of "Vigorously Develop IT Talents Education to Prosper Software and Information Service Industry". Centering around the theme, Neusoft not only set up booth at the exhibition site showing the achievement Neusoft attained in IT education and training, but also undertook the "International IT Talent Education Training Summit Forum".
