Structure of Our Human Resources

Focusing on the demands of customers and markets, Neusoft has developed and maintained a dedicated HR management team featuring an effective structure, professional capacity, and teamwork. At present, Neusoft has a total of more than 14,000 employees who are engaged in the fields of, respectively, industry solutions, product engineering solutions, software products & platform, and services.

Sustainable HR Development

Neusoft has established 3 IT institutes in Dalian, Nanhai and Chengdu from 2000 to 2003 to promote the HR development for the software industry and share IT human resources with its customers and partners. By now, the total number of students on campus of the three institutes has exceeded 23,000. This provides a solid foundation for Neusoft and its customers and partners to acquire professional talents continuously.

Neusoft established an IT Talents Internship & Training Base with a capacity of 5,000 trainees in 2007, providing training services to more than 10,000 college students and software developers annually.
