Dr. Liu Jiren, Chairman, male, born in 1955, Professor and Doctoral Advisor. He has served as the Director & General Manager of Neusoft Co. Ltd. from Jun. 1993 to Aug. 1999, and the Chairman of the Company since Aug. 1999. He serves as Chairman & CEO of Neusoft Corporation, concurrently he also holds the position of Vice President of the Northeastern University (NEU). He also used to serve as the Chairman & President of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Wang Yongfeng, Director, male, born in 1970, with a master' s degree. He has served as the Deputy General Manager of Neusoft Co Ltd. from Feb. 1998 to Aug. 1999, President of the Company since Aug. 1999 and Director since Oct. 1999. He serves as the Director & President of Neusoft Corporation. He also used to serve as the Director of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Prof. Zhao Hong, Director, male, born in 1954, Professor and Doctoral Advisor. He has served as the Deputy General Manager of Neusoft Co. Ltd. from Sep. 1993 to Mar. 1996 and the Director of the Company since Jun. 1996. He serves as the Director & Senior Vice President of Neusoft Corporation, and holds concurrently the position of Chairman with Shenyang Huixu Technology Co., Ltd. He also used to serve as the Director and Vice President of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Prof. Lu Zhaoxia, Senior Vice President & COO, female, born in 1957, with a Master' s degree, Professor. She served as Director of the Management & Control Center of NEU, then joined in Neusoft in 1995 with a title of Deputy General Manager. Currently she serves as the Senior Vice President & COO of Neusoft Corporation.

Wang Li, Director, female, born in 1965, with a double Master' s degree, professor & researcher, certified public accountant (CPA), senior accountant. She has served as the Senior Vice President & Financial Director of Neusoft Co. Ltd. from Feb. 1997 to Aug. 2003 and the Director, Senior Vice President & CFO of Neusoft since May 2008. She also used to serve as the Vice President and Financial Director of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Dr. Zhang Xia, Senior Vice President, CTO & CKO, female, born in 1965, Doctor and Professor. She joined in Neusoft in Nov. 1994 and served as the Vice President & CKO of Neusoft Group. She has served as CTO&CKO of Neusoft Co. Ltd. since Nov. 2004. Now she serves as Senior Vice President, CTO & CKO of Neusoft Corporation.

Wang Jingxi, Senior Vice President, male, born in 1969, with a Bachelor' s degree. He joined in Neusoft Group in Mar. 1999 with a title of manager of HR Department, then served as the Director of Administration in Feb. 2001. Now he serves as the Senior Vice President of Neusoft Corporation, and holds concurrently the position of Director with Shenyang Huixu Technology Co., Ltd.

Zhang Xiao' ou, Senior Vice President & Financial Operating Officer, male, born in 1972, with a Master' s degree, certified public accountant (CPA) and senior accountant. He joined in Neusoft in Apr. 2000 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Financial Operating Officer of Neusoft Corporation.

Wang Zidong, Senior Vice President & Board Secretary, male, born in 1965, with a Master' s degree. He joined in Neusoft in Jul. 1996 and served as the Board Secretary of the Company from Jul. 1996 to Jul. 2003. He also used to serve as the assistant to the President of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Li Jun, Senior Vice President & CMO, male, born in 1973, with a Bachelor' s degree. He joined in Neusoft in Jul. 1995 and served as the General Manager for East China of Neusoft from Mar. 2004 to Feb. 2007. Since Mar. 2007, he has served as Director of Sales of Neusoft.
