Dr. Liu Jiren, Chairman, male, born in 1955, Professor and Doctoral Advisor. He has served as the Director & General Manager of Neusoft Co. Ltd. from Jun. 1993 to Aug. 1999, and the Chairman of the Company since Aug. 1999. He serves as Chairman & CEO of Neusoft Corporation, concurrently he also holds the position of Vice President of the Northeastern University (NEU). He also used to serve as the Chairman & President of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Kutsuzawa Kentaro, Vice-chairman, male, born in Japan in 1930, graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Facility of Science Division in Tokyo University of Science. He serves as consultant of Alpine Electronics Inc., Chairman of Alpine Electronics (China) Co., Ltd., Honorary Consultant of the NEU, and Consultant of Shenyang Municipal Commission of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade. He served as the Vice Chairman of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Wang Yongfeng, Director, male, born in 1970, with a master' s degree. He has served as the Deputy General Manager of Neusoft Co Ltd. from Feb. 1998 to Aug. 1999, President of the Company since Aug. 1999 and Director since Oct. 1999. He serves as the Director & President of Neusoft Corporation. He also used to serve as the Director of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Prof. Zhao Hong, Director, male, born in 1954, Professor and Doctoral Advisor. He has served as the Deputy General Manager of Neusoft Co. Ltd. from Sep. 1993 to Mar. 1996 and the Director of the Company since Jun. 1996. He serves as the Director & Senior Vice President of Neusoft Corporation, and holds concurrently the position of Chairman with Shenyang Huixu Technology Co., Ltd. He also used to serve as the Director and Vice President of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Wang Li, Director, female, born in 1965, with a double Master' s degree, professor & researcher, certified public accountant (CPA), senior accountant. She has served as the Senior Vice President & Financial Director of Neusoft Co. Ltd. from Feb. 1997 to Aug. 2003 and the Director, Senior Vice President & CFO of Neusoft since May 2008. She also used to serve as the Vice President and Financial Director of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Kazuaki Onchi, Director, male, born in Japan in 1954, graduated from the Facility of Engineering of Kagoshima University. He joined in Toshiba in 1978, and now serves as Director of Toshiba Solutions Corporation, responsible for system quality. He also used to serve as the Director of Neusoft Group Ltd.

Huai Jinpeng, Independent Director, male, born in 1962, Professor and Doctoral Advisor. Deputy Secretary and Deputy President from November 2000 to February 2003, and Standing Deputy President since February 2003. Chief Scientist of computer technology for the State Program 863 and the member of the Advisory Committee for State Informatization (ACSI).

Lv Jian, Independent Director, male, born in 1960, Professor and Doctoral Advisor. Currently he serves as Vice Director of the Computer Science & Technology Department of Nanjing University, Vice Superintendent of the Computer Software Research Institute, Director of both China Computer Federation and Jiangsu Computer Society, and Vice Team Leader of the expert panel for computer software & hardware technology in the information realm of the State Program 863.

Fang Hongxing, Independent Director, male, born in 1972, Professor and Doctor. He serves as the Director & CPC Secretary of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics Press and the Superintendent of Sanyou Accounting Research Institute. Concurrently he also serves as director of the Accounting Society of China, consulting expert of the Accounting Standard Committee of the Ministry of Finance, drafting expert of the Internal Standard Controlling Committee, commissioner of the Specialty Consultative Committee of the Chinese Institute of certified Public Accountants, member of the Auditing Standard Group, expert of the Certified Standard Consultation Steering Group, director of the Cost Seminar of China, and the Vice-chairman & Secretary-general of the Financial Cost Chapter of China Accounting Society.

Supervisory Board:

Prof. Wang Wanshan, Chairman of Supervisory Board, male, born in 1946, Professor and Doctoral Advisor. He served as the Vice-professor and then Professor with College of Mechanical Engineering of Northeast Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1988, Assistant of President and Secretary-general with the Northeastern University since 1988. Currently he is also the Vice President of the Northeastern University.

Haruna Motoi, Supervisor, male, born in Japan in 1949, graduated from the Commercial Science Department of the University of Kitakyushu. He joined in Alpine Electronics Inc. in 1971 and currently serves as the supervisor of Alpine Electronics Inc. and General Manager of its Tokyo Office.

Huang Kongwei, Supervisor, male, born in 1966, with a Master' s degree. He joined in Baosteel Group Ltd. in 1990 and served successively as Director General of Finance & Accounting Department, Director General of Assets Management Department, and Corporation Investment Director of Assets Management Department. Currently he serves as the Vice General Manager of Assets Management Department with Baosteel Group Ltd.

Xu Qingrong, Supervisor, female, born in 1970, with a Master' s degree. She joined in Neusoft in Dec. 1996 and has served as representative for the security business of Neusoft Co. Ltd. from Dec. 1996 to Jul. 2003 and the board secretary of the Company from Jul. 2003 to May 2008. Currently she serves as the Manager of the Legal Department of Neusoft Corporation, and holds concurrently the position of Director with Shenyang Huixu Technology Co., Ltd.

Zhang Hong, Supervisor, female, born in 1971, with a Master' s degree, Senior Accountant. She joined in Neusoft in Mar. 1996 and has served as assistant to the Financial Director of the Company from Mar. 2002 to Mar. 2003, Financial Director of Dalian Neusoft Park Industrial Development Co., Ltd. from Mar. 2003 to Aug. 2006, and Manager in the Auditing Department of Neusoft Group Ltd. from Aug. 2006 to Apr. 2008. Currently she serves as Manager of the Investment Audit Department of Neusoft Corporation.
