Neusoft has attached great importance to the construction and development of industrial incubation bases while actively facilitating the expansion and internationalization of the software industry. Currently, Neusoft has established 4 Neusoft Parks in Shenyang, Dalian, Nanhai and Chengdu, as well as software technical support centers such as East China Technical Support Center, North China Technical Support Center and Hebei Technical Support Center in Shanghai, Beijing and Beidaihe.

Shenyang Neusoft Park

Shenyang Neusoft Park is located in Hun Nan Industrial Area of Shenyang New and High-tech Development Zone. The construction of the park started in June 1995. Funded by Neusoft, the park is a multifunctional base of software development and production which integrates fundamental research, product development, technical training and living services. In October 1995, Shenyang Neusoft Park was granted National Torch Program Software Industry Base by National Ministry of Science and Technology. The park covers an area of 500,000 square meters, 60% of which is clothed with greenery. Apart from the modern development buildings and office buildings, there are also other living and service facilities such as multi-functional business center, employees' apartment, tennis court, indoor swimming pool and golf practice court, all of which creates a beautiful and quiet environment for living and working for the employees.

Dalian Neusoft Park Area A

Dalian Neusoft Park is located in the golden section of Dalian Software Park----the National Software Industrial Base. Jointly invested by Neusoft and Dalian Software Co. Ltd. The park began construction in 1998. The park consists of Neusoft Software R&D Base, Neusoft Institute of Information Technology, International Cooperation Industry Area, SMEs incubator, and IT Club, which totals an area of 45,000 square meters, with a planned building area of 26,000 square meters and total planned investment RMB1.2 billion Yuan . Upon its completion, the park will be able to accommodate 15,000 employees, and is estimated to achieve annual revenue of 300 million US dollars.

Dalian Neusoft Park Area B

Positioned to offer software & service outsourcing, BPO, and embedded system development services to the markets of Europe, America, Japan, and Korea, the new park will also include Neusoft' s three industry solution business units for, respectively, telecom, electric power, and finance, as well as its automobile electronics R&D center, BPO center, and leadership development center, rising up as the largest offshore software & service outsourcing base in Neusoft.
The park, located at the Hekou software industry base in Dalian High-tech Industrial Zone, is only 7 kilometers far from the former Dalian Neusoft Park Area A. Featuring a favorable geographic location and convenient traffic, it is 18 kilometers from Dalian Airport and 12 kilometers from the downtown, also the terminal station of the city' s light rail system. Occupying a land area of 500,000 square meters, the complex will have a total floor space of 330,000 square meters, where more than 10,000 employees may work on a variety of projects. Showcasing a green designing concept of "working in park and living in community", the European castle style park with complete infrastructures is built into an office paradise that caters to work, life, and nature with a green coverage rate of 66.7%.

Nanhai Neusoft Park

Nanhai Neusoft Park is located in Nanhai City of Guangdong Province with an area of nearly 150,000 square meters. The construction of the park started in 2000. Invested by Neusoft, the park is a software development base, technical support center as well as education and training base for SMEs and regional information construction.

Chengdu Neusoft Park

Chengdu Neusoft Park was developed upon the growing of Chengdu Neusoft Institute of Information. Locating at Dujiangyan City of Chengdu, it rests in the Tsingcheng beauty spot-one of the World’s Natural & Cultural heritages with a coverage of 1 million square meters among which 0.6 million square meters is used for education, R & D and IT clubs. The construction acreage covers 250,000 square meters and the total investment adds up to 650 million RMB. Being armed around by Chengdu, the central city for Chinese Great Western Exploration and Information Construction, the park is expected of becoming more attracting and coveted to the investors in the new cycle of investment booming.
