Authorized by the State Ministry of Education, Neusoft Institute of Information (Neusoft II) is co-founded by Northeastern University and Neusoft Group blazing the innovative educational mechanism and modes. As the independently run branch college of Northeastern University, giving priority to engineering subjects, with business and arts subjects compatible, Neusoft II is presently running Computer Science and Technology Department, Information Technology and Business Management Department, Digital Art Department, Foreign Language Department and so on. Neusoft II offers full-time bachelor degree education to the students enrolled in the plan of the State higher learning institution’s student enrollment.

Neusoft IT Service Co, Ltd. is a wholly subsidiary of Neusoft------- a leading IT solutions & services provider in China, with registered capital of 310 million. Headquartered in Shenyang, its branches and service delivery centers are located in Dalian, Chengdu and Nanhai, of which the invested structures include Dalian Neusoft Park Industrial Development Co., Ltd. etc.
