Neusoft was founded within two classrooms of the Northeastern University, China in 1991. From the very rough beginning to becoming today's largest IT solutions and services provider in China; we have come a long way in facing and overcoming challenges to become increasingly mature. Two decades, although a long journey for a local software company, foresee nothing more but a promising start of global scale operations for Chinese software enterprises. In the past twenty years, Neusoft has always been staying true to its commitment in creating value for its customers by upholding the values, "simplicity, accountability, collaboration, respect, and integrity", and becoming a company that is well recognized and respected by employees, investors, customers, and society. Issue 5 In 1995, Neusoft, with 116 employees only, embarked on the construction of a development base on a newly-purchased land with an area of 112 acres in Shenyang. Shenyang Neusoft Park was granted as the first Software Industry Base for the "National Torch Plan of China".
